Monitor Executive Development

As a team leader, James Aggen (Jim) brings together resources to meet a client’s expressed needs in all aspects of the client project and relationship. Jim has more than 12 years experience in the field of leadership development. He has led development initiatives with clients in a broad array of industries and around the world. Jim’s work typically includes the design, development, and delivery of customized executive and management development efforts that combine leadership development programs, team-based learning interventions, simulations, and structured coaching initiatives. Before joining Monitor, he was Managing Director of International Programs at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, where he designed and implemented multi-stage development programs for global client companies. Jim received his MBA and BA in economics from UCLA. In addition to executive learning, he is passionate about food, wine, skiing and UCLA basketball. He and his wife live in West Los Angeles.
