Celia Berenguer
Celia Berenguer specializes in designing and developing executive development programs for large, global custom clients at Monitor Executive Development. She has primarily worked with the high potential and senior management levels touching a range of issues including post-merger integration, new culture development and working across cultures. In the eight years prior to joining Monitor, Celia worked in the executive development arena at several renowned business schools: Harvard Business School, the Carnegie Bosch Institute at Carnegie Mellon University and Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain. In her various roles, her responsibilities were managing international clients and international business development. Celia loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures, so she has always looked for ways to tie her studies and work to this pursuit—which is increasingly challenging with her two young children! Celia received her B.A. in International Relations and French from Tufts University (spending a year at the Institute d’Etude Politiques in Paris – where she fell in love again with her birth-city), and her masters in International Relations from the Center for Studies in International Relations (CERI) at the Instituto Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain.
