June Delano

June Delano spends much of her time in pursuit of new ideas for our design portfolio and new people for our networks. In addition to helping lead the practice, June works with clients to forge the link between strategy and development, and to translate strategy into learning design. June brings many years experience as an HR executive to her work: she was head of learning and development at Kodak and has held leadership positions in other learning organizations. June has a graduate degree in Organization Development from The American University and is deeply involved with the OD Network and with Meridian International Institute. When she's home on the North Shore of Boston, June likes nothing better than getting her hands dirty in the garden.
