Linda Dolmatch

Linda Dolmatch is an instructional designer with Monitor Executive Develpment. She is dedicated to creating experiences that invite, push, engage and inspire leaders to change their behavior and bring their best to their work and bring out the best in the people around them. Linda has been a supermarket cashier, a clinical social worker, a stay-at-home mom, a secretary, and a worker in a community-based criminal justice program. In the 20 years prior to Monitor, Linda designed and delivered programs at ODI in total quality management and was a Learning Consultant at Interaction Associates and at Linkage, Inc. Linda has a B.A. and M.S.W. from Boston University. Linda is happy hanging out in the kitchen with friends drinking way too much coffee.
