Stacy McManus
Stacy McManus has been a consultant with Monitor Executive Development since she joined in 2005. Her recent focus has been on developing a program to embed marketing capabilities in a client organization through an integrated approach of customized marketing content development, online learning, and skills application workshops.
Prior to joining Monitor Executive Development, Stacy was an assistant professor at the Molson School of Business in Montreal and taught at Harvard University where she also worked in the Technology and Operations Management Group at Harvard Business School. Stacy has co-authored several peer-reviewed articles and multiple international conference presentations on topics including mentoring relationships at work, career development, leadership, teamwork, performance appraisal, organizational learning, and organizational research methods.
Stacy earned her BA from Auburn University as a Presidential Scholar and her MBA from the University of Tennessee where she was a Gower Scholar. She also received her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee where she was a Leadership Development coach for students in the Executive MBA and Physician Executive MBA programs. Stacy has a love of hiking and the great outdoors.
