Tanya Melillo

Tanya Melillo’s favorite part of her job as a team leader is getting to know her clients and understanding the specific challenges and opportunities they face. She is particularly interested in how change and growth can be managed effectively within organizations, as well as the value of coaching and mentoring for high potential employees. Her work with Monitor has primarily been in organizational re-design, leadership development, and marketing strategy. Though friends say she is an avid cook, she stresses that she is more of an avid foodie, which is to say that she’ll never turn down a fantastic meal. Tanya has a B.A. from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford.
