Karin E. Stawarky

Karin E. Stawarky is a co-founder of Monitor Executive Development and a firm believer in the power that an organization’s people offer in unlocking sources for driving business growth and higher performance. Systematic development of that talent in an integrated way is the key for realizing that potential. Karin partners with clients to make this a reality, connecting business objectives to critical talent gaps, creating integrated strategies to address those, and designing and implementing learning and development interventions. In addition to managing global client relationships and driving business and alliance development, she also helps to lead the practice. Karin’s professional background is in strategy consulting with a focus on organizational transformation and change as well as marketing and brand management. She has an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Bowdoin College. While at Tuck, Karin was recognized for her multi-faceted leadership in being selected by the faculty for the Joshua and Sabra Hamilton Prize in demonstrating the greatest potential as a general manager and in being selected by her peers for the Julia B. Stell Award for her leadership impact within the school and local community. A passionate foodie, Karin also grabs any excuse to be on (or in) the water – kayaking, swimming, canoeing, sailing, or her latest experiment: surfing.
