Bill Stephens

Bill Stephens is a Project Leader based out of Monitor’s Paris office. In his seven years with Monitor, first as a strategy consultant and since 2004 with Monitor Executive Development, Bill has gained extensive experience in client engagements in healthcare, financial services, and numerous other industries. He has worked on projects for clients in most Western European countries, as well as in the United States, Mexico, Australia and India. His functional experience is focused on capabilities building at both the organizational and individual levels, and includes work in leadership, organizational strategy, business strategy, business development, performance measurement and strategic marketing. Prior to joining Monitor, Bill worked several years as an instructor and course designer for an education start-up in Paris. He also spent over five years in Taipei, Taiwan, where he worked as a writer and editor of educational materials, a musician, and as manager of international marketing and distribution for an independent record company. A native Texan, Bill holds an M.B.A. from HEC School of Management (France), and a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University (USA). He is fluent in English and French.
