Applied and Just-In-Time Learning

Applied Learning means working with real teams in real time while they are engaged in real projects. An applied learning approach involves carving out learning moments during a team’s work, to immediately improve their performance or results. Typically, teams come together and are presented with new knowledge or a new process tool before engaging in a project. We provide support from an expert coach or facilitator to help them apply the new learning to their real work project. The coach or facilitator uses a stop-action design to encourage reflection and to stimulate individual and team learning that leads to improved performance.
